Offered in 60,75, & 90 minutes. Bikram Yoga AKA HOT 26+2 is a series of 26 traditional hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises. Pranayama breathing at the beginning and kapalabhati breathing at the end. Bikram Yoga is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles ligaments and tendons in the order in which they should be stretched. Bikram Yoga's 26+2 sequence systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of your body, to each organ, fiber and cell restoring all systems to healthy working order just as Nature intended.. Proper weight, muscle tone, vibrant good health and a sense of well being will automatically follow.


HOT HIIT & HOT HIIT+

45/60 mins

ROOM TEMP: ~ 95-100°F

HOT HIIT is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. HOT HIIT uses both Pilates and Yoga postures and principles, along with other body weight exercies. It's a workout designed to strengthen muscles, improve overall health, and help to lose weight fast. Great compliment to a Bikram Yoga practice. Room is heated but not as hot as Bikram Yoga. 

HOT HIIT+ is your regular HOT HIIT class but with more+ strength, power, and resistance. This class adds+ kettlebell and resistance band exercises for a full-body, high-intensity workout. Alternating between power-driven kettlebell lifts, focused band resistance, and body weight exercises. You’ll build strength, improve mobility, and burn calories. Room is heated ~90-95

Lots of fun, energizing & strengthening.

HOT VINYASA

60 - 75 mins

Hot Vinyasa is a dynamic type of yoga. Class is 60 or 75 mins. Vinyasa is the Sanskrit term for flow and refers to connection of breath and movement to create a dynamic, flowing form of yoga. Using ujjayi pranayama (ocean like breath) throughout the class, postures create a yoga dance while breath is coordinated with the movements. Vinyasa is Hatha Yoga based. Some poses are also held for a specific number of breaths before moving on to the next pose.

HOT POWER VINYASA is 75 minutes of mindfulness and POWER. This isn't your average Hot Vinyasa class so come with no expectations! In this creative class we have fun, we flow, we challenge ourselves, You'll leave feeling strong and empowered!


YIN YOGA

ROOM TEMP: ~ 90-96°F

Yin Yoga is a form of restorative yoga. Postures are done mainly on the mat. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to go into a posture, soften the muscle and focus on relaxing and letting go. Yin Yoga offers deep access to the body. Postures are held for extended periods of time (2-5mins). Yin Yoga allows access and releases connective tissue (fascia). The time spent in postures is much like the time spent in meditation. Perfect for beginners.

YIN YOGA & SLOW FLOW is a class that blends of both yin and vinyasa.

During this 90min experience combining Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound Healling, Larissa & Itsa will guide you on a holistic journey that unifies physical and energetic aspects. Yin Yoga prepares the body, mind, and spirit for Reiki by creating a receptive state. During this class, you will tap into your inner selves, allowing emotions, thoughts, and sensations to arise and be acknowledged. This process creates an open space, essential for Reiki's healing energy to flow freely. Reiki will be infused throughout class as we relax and meditate to soothing live sounds of crystal singing bowls, tibetan singing bowls, wind gong and koshi chimes. The Reiki and sound component induces deep relaxation, reduces stress, and stimulates the body's self-healing mechanisms. When combined, Yin Yoga, Reiki & Sound create a transformative experience that promotes holistic healing, a profound connection with oneself and nourishes the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki will be infused throughout the class as well as welcomed hands on adjustments.

Marissa guides a 60 mins Sekhem Sound Bath Meditation. Sekhem is sanskrit for power, harmony, or living light. This is a journey through the element of earth, water, fire, air, and ether. All of these support the physical and subtle bodies, providing deep rest and relaxation. Sekhem comes through uses of sound to open the doors of heart and help the body align with the parasympathetic nervous system. Sounds of Quartz 432hz Crystal Singing bowls, songs of the Shruti Box, Himalayan 7 metals singing bowls and other instruments assist the body in feeling relaxed and reaching a deep meditative state. Using visualizations, mantras and songs along with the sounds this sound bath will help you release tension, deep relaxation, feel your heart open, feel clarity and centered for your week. Wear comfortable clothes.
